0 Comeback Of Geohot – Limera1n Could Jailbreak What GreenPois0n Couldn’t!

The famous hacker ‘George Hotz’ (also known as GeoHot), has back to iPhone jailbreak again. The GeoHot who had quit hacking, has made a comeback with a new bootrom exploit so called ‘Limera1n’. This new exploit could jailbreak all iDevices including iPhone 3GS and iPod Touch 3G on iOS 4.1, which in terms SHAtter exploit based GreenPois0n tool couldn’t. Well, yes! this return is surely going to please everyone, specially the 3rd-generation iPhone and iPod touch owners who were left out by SHAtter based GreenPois0n.

Well, This news has been confirmed by members of Chronic Dev Team on Twitter, to whom Geohot has confirmed about his return with a complete new tool dubbed as Limera1n.

Hotz is apparently planning to release the Limera1n jailbreak on October 11th, 2010 (10/11/10) Monday , just one day after the Greenpois0n jailbreak for iOS 4.1/4.2 is slated to be released (10/10/10 at 10:10:10AM).

Well, you can see and check the website of Limera1n jailbreak tool from here –>  limera1n.com which shows a single image of a lime drop. According to the domain name registration information, it matches perfectly with the information what Hotz had used for his famous blackra1n.com jailbreak website. which confirms that Hotz is behind this.

0 GreenPois0n Release Date Announced

Alright! The wait is finally over. P0sixninja has revealed the ETA of the much talked about jailbreak tool, GreenPois0n.
The hacker has just announced it officially on his Twitter account that SHAtter based GreenPois0n will be released on this Sunday. After listening to many speculations and rumors, we can now sit back and wait for the official release date.

The hacker and Dev team has developed the GreenPois0n tool for iOS jailbreakers, and it will be an ultimate solution to jailbreak all the iDevices running on iOS 4.1. It is being said that this tool will also help hactivate the iPhone 4 devices.
