2 Windows 8 Milestone 2 Build moves to Final Stages

According to WinRumors report, Microsoft has completed all important tasks regarding Windows 8 Milestone 2 build and they might finalize this new build within a week or two. Since last few weeks Microsoft has been compiling escrow builds of Windows 8, and it basically suggests that Windows 8 Beta will arrive soon than expected.

With 6.2.7947.0.winmain_win8m2_escrow.110218-1608 build, Microsoft team has reportedly compiled following Windows 8 Milestone 2 builds in this month -

6.2.7926.0.winmain_win8m2.110209-1755

6.2.7930.0.winmain_win8m2.110217-1825
For those who don’t know, Microsoft has been testing this new Windows desktop OS for long time and the testing period is expected to continue till the end of this year. Once the team completes the tasks related to Windows 8 M2 build, it will begin working on Windows 8 M3 build, which will probably happen in the month of March or April.
Microsoft is said to be preparing another version of Windows 8 OS to implement it in their rumored ARM based tablets. However, it’s too early to predict anything about Microsoft’s development strategy, as Windows 8 release date is not so near.
