0 Apple to launch NFC-enabled iPhone 5 and iPad 2?

From first generation iPod to the iPad, Apple is known for its new innovation in the tech industry. Recently, they have started innovating in relatively different fields such as social networking through Ping and new iAd advertising system for iOS developers. So what’s next?
It’s Near Field Communication (NFC)! For those who don’t know, NFC allows users to send or receive information wirelessly over up to 4-inch distance. And, now Apple seems to be planning to implement the same feature on upcoming iPad 2 as well as iPhone 5.
At this moment, users can purchase applications, songs etc. with their credit cards, PayPal accounts and other similar services. If Apple team introduces NFC on iDevices, it will definitely provide an easier and simpler way to make transactions over the Internet world.
Currently, Apple team is experimenting this technology in their labs and has created a prototype terminal that scans NFC-enabled iDevices.
Apple has changed the way of product shopping through their multi-platform App Stores, and some experts believe that NFC has the potential to take Apple to the next level of competition.
What do you think? Can NFC be a part of our future transactions? Share your opinions with us.
