0 Apple to launch CDMA iPhone in Asia, Leaked Reports

Apple has delighted most of the Verizon customers with the announcement of Verizon iPhone 4 in recent event. Now, international telecom companies are also looking to introduce CDMA iPhone in their respective countries.

Verizon iPhone 4 runs on CDMA technology, and Foxconn has been supplying these devices to Apple. Some sources now reveal that Foxconn and Pegatron will be producing more no. of CDMA iPhone devices so that Apple can sell them in other part of the world.
Degitimes reports that Apple will launch CDMA iPhone in Asian countries like China, Japan, India etc. -

Pegatron started shipping its CDMA iPhone 4 in January 2011 and Foxconn started in December 2010. Foxconn’s model will be solely supplied to the US, while Pegatron’s model will be supplied to China and other countries. Since US-based telecom carrier Verizon currently has over 93 million users in the US, the launch of CDMA iPhone is expected to double the number of the current iPhone users in the market.

According to their sources, Apple is also working on new devices which will run on these materials – halogen-free connectors, carbon fiber internals, solar glass charger plates and double-webcams. Another interesting thing is that the newly released iOS 4.3 update apparently references to future devices.
This inside report suggests us that Apple surely has big plans for future and they might unveil some new products in this year.
