According to MacRumors, The latest patent will be filed by the Cupertino outfit which is a new type of keyboard. Apple believes that this new type of keyboard will remove the requirement of separate pointing device. A keyboard making company named FingerWorks has been working on touch sensitive keyboards for a while. Apple has acquired this company in 2005. The keyboard which was released ten years ago is currently being used by people.
